Daily rituals to keep you attuned to your witchy senses.



Sometimes, life gets crazy, and you lose touch with your witchy habits. That's ok. It's a hectic practice. If you find yourself in this position, there are smaller things you can do daily to keep up with it without taking too much time from the hustle and bustle. If you are a coffee or tea drinker, you can stir your intention into your morning drink. Or you can push away negative energy. To bring in intention, you want to stir clockwise. When pushing away negative energy, you want to stir counterclockwise. This is an effortless yet effective way to start your day. You can also do a single-card tarot pull each morning to peek into how your day will play out. I love doing this personally; it feels like a refresher each morning. Unless it says my day will suck, then it is a bit nerve-wracking, lol. Also, you could meditate before starting your day. Meditation isn't always considered witchy, but it's a good way to stay grounded. It can help bring you peace. Or if it's warm where you are, take a step outside. Heck, if it's cold, bundle up and go experience nature for a minute. In today's world, we get out of touch with nature around us, and personally, a good way to bring me back to reality is a moment in nature. I love doing this right as the sun comes up. Sometimes, feeling the sun on my face before starting my day is just refreshing. Another practice is journaling your dreams. I believe dreams hold meaning, especially if you have the gift of psyche like me (I will discuss that later). You want to do this as soon as you wake up so you don't forget any details. Yoga is a good practice for physical health and aligning yourself. What I mean is that you can perform a short yoga sequence or movement practice aligned with the lunar cycle, focusing on the moon's current phase. This is great if your practice works with the moon and its cycles.
